JD Property’s second intelligent logistics park in Vietnam to start construction in Q3 2022

The property is nearly 100,000 square metres.

The construction of JD Property’s second intelligent logistics park in Vietnam is expected to start in the third quarter of 2022 and will be completed in the second quarter next year.

Located in Nam Dinh Vu Industrial Park in Hai An District in Hai Phong City, the nearly 100,000 square metres logistics park will accommodate clients' demands in various nearby countries including Thailand and Laos, JD Property said in a statement.

Elite Van, business development manager of JD Property Vietnam, said the JD Tan Duc and Nam Dinh VU parks will create an infrastructure network connecting north and south Vietnam and will open doors for Chinese companies looking for opportunities in the country.

The logistics park is an hour drive away from Ha Noi Centre and Noi Bai Airport and a five-minute drive away from Nam Dinh Vu Port which will help save significant transportation costs for clients.

JD Property held a groundbreaking ceremony in Tan Duc industrial park in Long An province, its first intelligent logistics park in Vietnam, last 31 December 2021.
