France-based Hermès opens store in Tokyo's Omotesando

It showcases a new and exclusive Duo Cosmique designed by Kohei Kyomori.

French luxury brand Hermès has launched a new store in Tokyo’s Omotesando district, the house’s first free-standing store in the city since the opening of Maison Hermès Ginza in 2001, a press release revealed.

This 488-sqm store opens directly onto Omotesando Avenue. On its right side, customers can find its women’s silk collections, including the new carré Duo Cosmique designed by Kohei Kyomori, and presented exclusively here.

It also displays fashion jewellery, beauty, and perfume, including the latest men’s fragrance H24. In the beauty corner, the Rouge Hermès lipstick collection will wait to encounter new customers from mid-April.

On the left side of the entrance are home collections including tableware and men’s silk. A leather section at the back of the store displays bags, small leather goods, and equestrian collections.

Behind the staircase is a refined area for watches and jewellery. Customers can also pause at a wide table, and check out books. On the second floor are mobile partitions as well as large fitting rooms for both men and women.
