A key highlight is an art installation made from horsehair using a 500-year-old hat-making technique.
Spanish luxury fashion house LOEWE has launched its first CASA LOEWE in Seoul, South Korea.
“Our new CASA LOEWE Seoul brings together LOEWE pieces alongside a curated selection of artworks,” the brand said in a LinkedIn post.
The highlight of the new store is Korean artist Dahye Jeong’s “A Time of Sincerity,” created from horsehair using a 500-year-old technique.
Also featured is Tanabe Chikuunsai IV’s bamboo installation, “Source of Creation,” which rises through the space, symbolising the connection between fashion and art.
Moreover, Youngsoon Lee’s 'Cocoon Top Series-1,' a nearly two-meter-tall piece made from Korean mulberry paper and eight stacked baskets, highlights the artist's unique approach to shape and subtle artisanal beauty.
