Shiseido opens Shiseido Future University for talent development

The programmes builds on Shiseido’s philosophy of “People First”.

Shiseido Company, Limited launched Shiseido Future University, a talent development facility catering to a new generation of Shiseido leaders.

Located in the company’s origin Ginza, the university builds on Shiseido’s philosophy of “People First," encouraging the development of human capital and increasing corporate value through its people and assets.

Shiseido Future University will offer programmes for those selected from Shiseido Group companies in Japan and other overseas markets. It aspires to invest in the leadership development of applicants, receiving the most engaging business expertise, for the company’s vision of beauty and innovation.

Currently, Shiseido has supported numerous initiatives for talent development, such as a job-grade-based HR system, the expansion of global networks, initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), and talent-specific training programmes.
