Fei Siong Group inks deal to operate Popeyes restaurants in SG

It signed an agreement with a subsidiary of Restaurant Brands International.

Food and beverages firm, Fei Siong Group, said it agreed with PLK APAC, a subsidiary of Restaurant Brands International to develop new Popeyes restaurants in Singapore.

In a statement, Fei Siong Group said it conducted an agreement with PLK APAC during a private meeting to start developing new Popeyes restaurants as of 8 July 2022.

In almost 30 years, Fei Siong Group has operated over 160 F&B outlets in Singapore.

Tan Kim Siong, chairman of Fei Siong Group, said the agreement is the group’s first venture into the fried chicken QSR sector.

“In line with recent digital transformation efforts in the local F&B scene, we will also be looking to streamline operations through innovative technology in the coming months,” said Tan.
