7-Eleven rolls out vegetarian foods with Green Monday

The new meals are made with Green Monday’s plant-based ‘OmniPork’.

7-Eleven is introducing vegetarian products in Hong Kong in collaboration with social venture Green Monday.

The products include vermicelli with sesame in teriyaki sauce and spaghetti in black pepper sauce, both made with Green Monday's OmniPork Strip. They also have sticky rice in lotus leaf and assorted vegetables with multigrain rice, both made with OmniPork.

For dimsum, the collaboration offers siu mai and crystal dumplings. The company said that all of the new products have no cholesterol, no MSG, and no preservatives.
