ChefCut for high precision work

French machine maker, Hydroprocess has introduced its flagship cutting machine, the ChefCut, dedicated to pastry, chocolate, confectionery, ice cream manufacturers and caterers.

The result of a significant know-how developed over 25 years in water jet cutting for the food industry, ChefCut has been designed especially for small organisations, mid-size food industries and R&D labs of large food industries.

ChefCut can cut to any required shape, with a very high precision and a very high quality, any kind of fresh or frozen product: pastry, chocolate, ganache, caramel, praline, pastilles, guimauve, fruit jelly, almond paste, nougat, hard nougatine, catering products and many more.

Strong and compact, ChefCut is also very easy to use, thanks to its user-friendly interface. With a library of more than 50 variable predefined patterns, ChefCut can cut any shape obtained from scanned picture and include an impressive level of details.

With ChefCut, it is easy to ‘invent’ new products so that manufacturers and caterers can enlarge their product range almost on-demand.

Designed according to stringent hygiene rules, ChefCut is also appreciated for the ease of cleaning. It takes only few minutes each day to clean the machine.
