K11 Art Mall launches meme museum with 9GAG

The mall will feature the partnership’s one-of-a-kind NFT.

Hong Kong’s K11 Art Mall has launched a museum featuring the most viral online memes through a collaboration with social media platform 9GAG, marking the world’s first online-to-offline meme experience, the mall announced through its website.

The museum also showcases K11 Art Mall and 9GAG’s NFT, exclusive meme merch such as "These Memes Aren’t Ours" board game specially made for Hong Kong humour, a specially designed Meme Snapio photo booth, and free water tattoos.

“They’re more than jokes, but how we celebrate and satirise current events, and how we self-deprecate as a community. It’s internet culture, and we’re taking the best of it so you can experience the glory and evolution of some of the most humorous jokes of our time in person,” the mall said in a statement.
