Levi's opens Next Gen concept store in Indonesia

The concept focusses on customization and omnichannel capabilities.

American clothing brand Levi’s has opened its Next Gen concept store at the level 2 of Grand Indonesia East Mall, the company announced through its social media channel.

First officially launched in North America at the Stanford Shopping Center, the concept store focusses on customization, fit and style guidance, leveraging brand content in stores and omnichannel capabilities, according to a separate press release.

It was initially tested out in 2019 through six Next Gen pilot stores across Europe and Asia, where it gathered feedback from customers.
