Monument Lifestyle offers a concept space merging retail with a café

The popular and stylish enclave along Duxton Road in Singapore recently welcomed a new concept store and cafe, Monument Lifestyle.

The retail store front offers carefully curated brands for men, most of which are only exclusively available here in Singapore, while the cafe provides a place to refuel with San Francisco coffee and tea as well as artisanal toast.

Co-founder Dustin Ramos said: “We’ve selected amazing American brands that haven’t found their way to Singapore yet. They are items we love so we’re excited to introduce them to Singapore.”

Its retail philosophy is a celebration of the simplicity of basics made unique with thought and care, from brands who embody this ethos. The collection of daily essentials encompasses homeware, menswear, grooming, surfboards and gift items.

Brands available at the store include Izola, Gentlemen's Hardware, Kristen Pumphrey, Katin, and Alex Mill. Monument Lifestyle also offer custom-designed Happy Socks and Deus Ex Machina surfboards.

Conceived by husband and wife team Dustin Ramos and Iris Sangalang, Monument Lifestyle was started to bring the California lifestyle to a concept space merging retail with a café. An online store is also in the pipelines.
