One Bangkok launches Thailand's first Mitsukoshi food destination
The 4,600 square meter supermarket and food hall promises a world-class shopping experience.
One Bangkok, developed by TCC Assets and Frasers Property Holdings, has partnered with Japan's Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings to launch Thailand's first Mitsukoshi supermarket and food hall.
This collaboration also includes co-investment in One Bangkok Office Tower 4, aiming to elevate Bangkok's retail and office market.
The Mitsukoshi supermarket and food hall, a "Depachika" concept, will be located within One Bangkok Retail. Covering over 4,600 square meters on basement level 1 of the Parade, it aims to offer a world-class shopping experience.
Customers can expect a wide range of international and local brands, premium fresh produce, and products from exclusive farmer networks and Japanese producers.
The food hall will also feature popular and unique Japanese brands, pastry boutiques, cafes, and restaurants.

“Their decision to bring a distinctive Japanese culinary experience courtesy of Mitsukoshi to One Bangkok will enhance our mixed retail tenants as a key anchor, giving an immersive authentic Japanese tradition and experience to Thai residents and international visitors,” said Panote Sirivadhanabhakdi, group chief executive officer of Frasers Property.
“Thailand especially has strong ties with Japan and a large customer base which appreciates the quality of Japanese products and shares the values held by Isetan Mitsukoshi's Department Store and we believe that Bangkok has a high potential to drive the value even further,” added Toshiyuki Hosoya, president and CEO of Isetan Mitsukoshi Holdings.
