SKS Capital invests in South Korea’s Grace

The $5m raised will be used for Grace’s business expansion.

Venture capital and private equity company SKS Capital invested in South Korea’s largest aggregator of international health and beauty brands, Grace, leading the Series B funding with $5m.

In a statement, SKS Capital said the fund will be utilised for Grace’s business operations expansion in the region with a priority to ramp up operations, hire personnel and develop new service offerings.

Grace is the largest supplier of Korea’s largest health and beauty retailer, Olive Young. It also supplies to online channels and more than 50,000 offline stores in the country.

SKS said it will also support Grace’s growth by connecting them in Southeast Asia where the venture capital has ground in the beauty ecosystem ranging from the supply chain, logistics, distribution, e-commerce, retailers, and even connection with celebrities.
