With a focus on creating a community-based mall, the company introduced unique concepts, such as the Museum of Contemporary Arts and the brandy museum. They also recognise the popularity of K-Pop and K-Dramas, thus creating the K-Town, a Korean-themed area within the mall to cater to the thriving Korean market. Megaworld also actively supported local festivities and collaborated with the local government to ensure its mall remained at the centre of community activities.
