Foodpanda, DFI Retail Group partner to enable one-hour grocery delivery
The platform’s users can buy close to 20,000 grocery items through the app.
Foodpanda Singapore, DFI Retail Group and yuu Rewards Club entered a strategic partnership to boost quick commerce and allow groceries to be delivered within an hour, the fastest shopping delivery in the country.
In a statement, foodpanda said the partnership will enable its users to shop for close to 20,000 grocery items the fastest from Cold Storage, CS Fresh and Giant across the country for the same prices as offered in-store.
The products they can buy include specialty items such as premium fresh produce and meats, organic food and beverages, plant-based products, and bulky household items.
“The launch of Singapore’s most iconic supermarkets on foodpanda signifies a major milestone in our ambition to deliver a holistic grocery shopping experience for our customers,” said foodpanda Singapore CEO Lawrence Wen.

“As a pioneer in q-commerce, the partnership is a natural extension of foodpanda’s existing grocery offerings. Customers can now easily shop from a breadth of grocery choices conveniently available at their fingertips through foodpanda shops, complementing our existing pandamart stores which will continue to grant round-the-clock, super-fast deliveries for curated household necessities,” he added.
Meanwhile, through the partnership with yuu Rewards, users who ordered over 20,000 foodpanda restaurants and merchants in Singapore can earn 1 yuu Point earn rate which is equivalent to $1.
The points can be used to offset future purchases or redeem rewards from yuu partner brands which include foodpanda, Cold Storage, CS Fresg, Giant, Guardian Health & Beauty, 7-Eleven, BreadTalk, Toast Box, Food Junction, Food Republic, and Food Opera, amongst others.
