ZALORA expands regional fulfilment hub in Malaysia

With a 50% expansion, it increased its capacity to house 7 million items. 

ZALORA upgraded its Regional Fulfilment Hub in Malaysia with a 50% expansion that increased its capacity to house 7 million items. 

The upgrade also included increased efficiency in end-to-end order fulfilment for Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Brunei, the Philippines, and Indonesia. 

The hub, spanning 700,00 square feet, has an outbound capacity of 150,000 items per day, and an inbound capacity of 100,000 items per day. In total, it can serve 8.3 million customers throughout Southeast Asia.

In addition to this, ZALORA operates a 40,000-sqm fulfilment centre in the Philippines and 45,000-sqm in Indonesia to complement the Regional e-fulfilment Hub in Malaysia.
