Nike appoints Elliott Hill as new CEO

Hill replaces John Donahoe, who will step down as CEO on 13 October.

Nike has announced that Elliott Hill will become its new president and chief executive officer, effective 14 October. He will also join the board of directors and the executive committee. 

Hill replaces John Donahoe, who will step down as CEO on 13 October, and remain an advisor until 31 January 2025. 

Hill previously served as Nike's president of Consumer and Marketplace before retiring in 2020. He also held numerous leadership roles across Europe and North America, helping the brand grow to over $39b in revenue.
