Regis Rimbert appointed CEO of Wolford AG by Lanvin Group

He replaces Silvia Azzali, who departed for personal reasons.

Shanghai-based global luxury fashion company Lanvin Group has announced the appointment of Regis Rimbert as the new CEO of Wolford AG, effective 14 June.

The decision was sanctioned by Wolford AG's supervisory board following the departure of Silvia Azzali, who opted to step down due to personal reasons.

Rimbert brings over two decades of distinguished leadership within the fashion and luxury industries to his new role. His career highlights include pivotal positions at renowned brands such as Prada and Dior, where he demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, business development, crisis management, and operational excellence.

Additionally, he previously held senior management roles at Wolford from 2009 to 2013, during which he significantly boosted the brand's sales and profitability through comprehensive omnichannel strategies.

Rimbert will lead the strategic transformation of Wolford AG. His focus will be on driving international expansion, enhancing product offerings, and leveraging technology to broaden the accessibility of Wolford's innovative fabrics and high-quality products to a wider customer base.
